The "Jockey Club "Children's Step Forward" English Learning Programme" has been launched for about three years and is committed to supporting primary school students with English learning difficulties to learn English. More than 60 primary schools have participated in the project development and support at different stages of this programme. To further enhance exchanges and professional development within the industry, The Education University of Hong Kong will hold a seminar. Representatives from primary schools and institutions, educational psychologists and clinical psychologists are welcome to participate.

Seminar content:
• Two internationally renowned scholars will give keynote speeches
• Many schools and organizations will share their experiences in supporting students with learning difficulties
• Introduce the HKT-PE(J) screening tool specifically designed to identify students with English learning difficulties in Primary 2 and Primary 3, and distribute it to participating schools, organization representatives, educational/clinical psychologists on the spot (Please note: subject to the relevant terms and conditions, the program will notify registered participants or organizations of the eligibility and procedures for collection later)
